Update - We have applied a modified inbound routing policy, which resolved most of the issues. There is still some packet loss and increased latency, however, the impact has been significantly reduced. We are still awaiting for our upstream provider to apply necessary fixes on their side for a complete resolution.

Update - We are observing that service has been restored for the most part, however, some routes are still affected. We are applying our own tweaks to the inbound routes to address these issues.
