Identified -
We have observed an increase in latency and packet loss to/from China at this location. Upon further investigation we found out that one of the dark fiber providers is performing an emergency maintenance on the San Jose-Vancouver path, which resulted in a connectivity interruption. Our backup routing will support operations in CABC_6 until maintenance completes.
Service restoration ETA: 06:00 PDT (in approx. 4 hours 10 minutes from now).
