Engineer is onsite. Hardware issue resolved, service restoration is going ahead of schedule. Node 6606 should be fully operational in 20 minutes.

Identified

Server v6606 has suffered a NIC failure. We use a redundant (dual) uplink configuration, however, both ports have failed at the same time.

An engineer has been dispatched.
